Connect Card Section

Digital connect cards allow you to collect information from your church’s visitors anywhere at any time. You can easily turn on or off what personal information you’d like to collect, such as name, email, phone number, and address. Additionally, you can add custom questions that your church would like respondents to answer. Examples might be “How did you hear about us?” or “What would you like more information about?” Each question allows customized checkbox responses for respondents to easily answer.

 
  1. Click on the bulletin you would like to edit. 
  2. Drag a "Connect Card" section on the left into the phone, to add this as a section to your bulletin. 
  3. Click on the bulletin phone preview where it says "Connect Card" to open up and edit this section. 
    • Title allows you to name this section of your bulletin, you may choose something like "Connect with Us"
    • Body Text allows for you to update the content and provide necessary details about the connect card.
    • Select Fields to Include allows you to check what options you would like to appear on the connect card
      • Name provides a text box to collect the name of the person filling out the form. 
      • Email provides a text box to collect the email of the person filling out the form. 
      • Phone number provides a text box to collect the phone number of the person filling out the form. 
      • Address provides a text box to collect the address of the person filling out the form. 
    • Multiple Choice Responses allow for you to ask up to two questions and then have check box Options appear. 
  4. Once you set up your connect card select Done Editing to return to the main area of the bulletin.

Embed a Connect Card

If you already have a Connect Card set up in another platform you may want to consider embedding that form into Loop using the Website option!

  1. Click on the bulletin you would like to edit. 
  2. Drag an "Website" section on the left into the phone, to add this as a section to your bulletin. 
  3. Click on the bulletin phone preview where it says "Website" to open up and edit this section. 
    • Title allows you to name this section of your bulletin, you may choose something like Connect Card
  4. Choose how you would like to embed. 
    • Website allows for you to include a website that you would like to bring into this section, if you have a form on your church website, or built in another platform, you may want to simply put the link to this page on your website here. If you click show preview it will allow you to see how the website will appear. 
    • Embed Code allows for you to paste HTML Code Block that you have copied from another location into your bulletin. This should bring in your embedded from. 
  5. When Done, select Done Editing. 

Accessing Responses from Connect Cards

To access responses and export from loop: 

  1. Sign into Loop
  2. In the top bar click on "Responses"2021-01-27_14-31-46.png
  3. Select either the "Prayer Requests" or "Connect Cards" option under Outreach Responses
  4. Click "Download Responses" button
  5. Choose what range you would like to export.
      • Last 7 Days
      • Last 14 Days
      • All
      • Custom (date)Range

  6. Click "Download" 

Want to set up email notifications, to be alerted when someone submits a new response on this form? Turn those on in the Account Settings.
