Incorporating Videos into Your Bulletin

Enhance your bulletin by adding videos – perfect for sharing live stream links, special messages from your pastor, or engaging small group content. Whether you have one video or several, adding them to your bulletin is straightforward. Here’s how to do it:

1. Choose the bulletin you wish to edit.
2. Simply drag the "Video" element from the left-hand menu directly onto the phone preview. This action adds a new video section to your bulletin.
3. Click on the “Video” area in the phone preview to open and edit this section.
   Here’s what you can customize:
   1. Title: Give a name to this section of your bulletin for easy identification.
   2. Body Text: Add any descriptive text or context for your video.
   3. Video Platform Selection: Choose the platform from which your video is sourced. Options include Facebook, Twitch, Vimeo, YouTube, or Other. This feature strips away any platform-specific comments or details, embedding only the video content into your bulletin.
4. Paste the URL of your chosen video here. Please note, YouTube Shorts are not embeddable, but regular YouTube videos are fully supported.
5. Once you’ve entered the link, click "Verify" to ensure the link is correct and functional.
6. After making the necessary adjustments, click ‘Done Editing’ to return to the main bulletin editing area.
